Scorecard: Fidelity, Impact and Efficiency
The scorecard is designed to help your organization understand how close it is from being funder ready.
It assesses three key dimensions;
Fidelity: the extent to which the projects design and execution align with its stated objectives and intended impact.
Impact: the measured difference the project has/is expected to make within its target community or sector.
Efficiency: the strength and functionality of the organisation’s supporting structure, including budgeting framework, governance, leadership, organizational design, compliance, and legal standing.
Together these dimensions provide a verified overview of your project’s overall readiness for potential funders. We benchmark programs using our Fornix metrics system so our funder pool can invest in projects with proven clinical impact.
